What Goes In a CapyPod
CapyPod delivers what you seal automatically, without anyone reviewing it first. That only works if everyone follows the same rules. This page is exactly what those rules are, plainly, not buried in legal language.
Before You Submit
You must be 18 or older to seal a CapyPod.
This service is not intended for use by minors. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit on your behalf.
You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload.
That means you either took the photo or video yourself, or you have clear permission from whoever did. Do not upload anything you found online or that belongs to someone else.
You confirm everyone shown or heard has agreed to be included.
A CapyPod is personal by design, it goes to one named recipient on one specific date. Everyone visible or audible in it should know they are part of it.
Never Allowed, No Exceptions
Anything involving or sexualizing a minor.
This is an absolute rule with zero exceptions. Any submission suspected of violating this is preserved as evidence and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately, and the account responsible is permanently banned.
Sexual or explicit content of any kind.
CapyPod is not a platform for adult content, regardless of who is depicted or whether everyone consented.
Content that threatens, harasses, or targets a real person.
Including anything meant to intimidate, stalk, or expose someone without their knowledge.
Illegal content of any kind.
Including anything depicting or facilitating violence, illegal drug activity, or criminal acts.
Content you do not have the rights to.
Copyrighted material, stolen content, or anything belonging to someone who has not given permission.
How This Is Enforced
CapyPod does not have a person manually reviewing every submission before it is sealed, that is the point of the product. Instead, enforcement works in three ways:
You agree to these rules at the point of submission.
Every pod requires an explicit checkbox confirming you have read and agree to this page before it can be sealed. That agreement, along with your name, email, and IP address, is stored with your pod.
Submissions are rate-limited.
To prevent abuse, there is a limit on how many pods can be sealed from a single connection in a short period of time.
Recipients can report a delivered pod.
If something you receive violates these guidelines, use the report link on the delivery page. Reported content is reviewed and can result in the sender being permanently banned.
Report a Concern
If you believe a CapyPod violates these guidelines, or you have any safety concern, email hello@capypod.com with the recipient link if you have it. We take every report seriously and respond quickly.
This page describes our content rules and how they are enforced. It is not a substitute for formal Terms of Service reviewed by legal counsel, which we recommend putting in place alongside this page.
